Another option when time is essential in our calendar but we still want to obtain benefits from our workouts, is to execute variations of an exercise that allow us to target several objectives.

For example, we can perform push-ups with dumbbells on the ground, then perform a row moving the dumbbell away from the ground. We will have the benefits of core when being in an unstable plank position, the muscular benefits of the pectoral, triceps and shoulder in the execution of the push up. In addition, executed in a high number of repetitions we will obtain the benefit of conditional and cardio-respiratory work.
