Tips 4: “I don’t have time”: the training guide for busy people
- EFFICIENT EXERCISES
When you do not have much time, the ideal is to use exercises that allow us to lift weights efficiently, that is, look for those exercises of a compound nature that allow us to lift heavy loads. The most significant example of this type of exercise is the deadlift.
Another way to work efficiently is to pair an upper body exercise with a lower body movement. This will minimize the total rest time between sets. An example could be one leg hip lift chin-ups; the combinations can be endless.
We must make sure to choose exercises that do not interfere with each other, we have to execute each movement hard but that does not harm the second exercise. In other words, that each exercise mobilizes distant and different muscular areas (the cardio-respiratory level may be affected for the second exercise, but never the muscular one).
