Tips 1: “I don’t have time”: the training guide for busy people

They are really short and intense sessions, of 10, 15 or 20 minutes, that we can do at any time. They are workouts with a metabolic nature, that is, they are exercises performed with little rest and where intensity prevails with high muscle demand

If we are one of those who are very busy, we can use these sessions as the main tool of the week and on weekends, when we have more time, introduce a longer session.
